Service Support

As well as high quality software, RAC Software offers a full range of consulting, training and support services to ensure that the software is effectively implemented and integrated to provide a real solution to the requirements of the organization.

Consulting services include requirements definitions, data warehouse design and configuration, interfacing, development of specialized business logic, and report design and development. As well as having an in-depth knowledge of our products, our consultants are highly experienced in implementing solutions to complex, real-world problems.

We offer an intensive and comprehensive two-day training course for budget administrators, which covers all aspects of the FMW Web functionality, as well as a ½ day course for operational managers, who will use FMW Web, but do not need the full in-depth knowledge of a budget administrator.

An annual support arrangement is available to all our customers. As well as providing a highly responsive, same-day telephone support service, this also entitles subscribers to all upgrades and service packs as they become available. In addition to new versions (we have historically produced a new version about once every 18 months), we include both incremental performance and functionality enhancements in our service packs, which are released approximately every 4 months.
